Point to be noted
Chitwan National Park is located in Chitwan Valley, and the park has various entry gates namely Kasara, Meghauli, Jagatpur, Sauraha and Nawalparasi. Meghauli is the least crowded and the best known part of the park for animal sightings. There are only three lodges on this side which means more exclusivity and lesser crowd. Barahi jungle lodge is in Meghauli and is Chitwan’s recommended lodging by the Tripadvisor.
We request you to finalize a resort/lodge before getting to Narayangarh so that you can avoid travelling in wrong directions. Taxi drivers are friendly and helpful. Since there are many lodges in Chitwan, they might not recognize the hotel but are well aware about the important places like Sauraha, Meghauli, Nawalparasi and Jagatpur.

On your request, we can provide a well maintained spacious vehicle for pickup from Narayangarh. We would suggest you to inform us well in advance. For more information about the lodge and activities, you can contact us at www.barahijunglelodge.com/contact-us.html
